1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the sr450x platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the sr450x platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and sr450x as the service provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The sr450x platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they meet this minimum age requirement before registering. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in violation of this requirement will be closed immediately.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on sr450x. Holding more than one account under the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information at registration may result in your account being closed and any balance withheld pending further investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. sr450x will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your login information secure. 3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
Sr450x users agree to use the platform responsibly and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other methods to manipulate the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity through the sr450x platform.
- Using unauthorised funds or payment methods, including credit cards or bank accounts that do not belong to you.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security systems in any way.
Any breach of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, including account suspension, account closure, and where necessary, legal action against the responsible user.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the sr450x platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers, GrabPay, and Touch 'n Go. sr450x reserves the right to add or remove available payment methods at any time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using legitimate payment methods in their own name. Deposits made using unauthorised methods or in another person's name will be rejected and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established verification procedures. sr450x reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding set limits. Processing times typically range from one to three business days, depending on the chosen method.
Sr450x is not liable for any failed transactions caused by issues on the part of third-party payment service providers, including bank service outages or digital wallet platform disruptions.
5. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Sr450x reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:
- Confirmation that the user has provided false information during registration.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
- Requests from relevant legal authorities.
- Account inactivity for a period as defined under sr450x's internal policy.
In the event of account closure due to fraud or breach of terms, sr450x reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Users whose accounts are closed for other legitimate reasons are entitled to claim their remaining balance upon completion of the verification process.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting sr450x customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the usual manner before the account is fully closed.
6. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Other Terms
Limitation of Liability
Sr450x will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from use of the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or betting outcomes. sr450x's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and other materials on the sr450x platform are the exclusive property of sr450x and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from sr450x.
Third-Party Links
The sr450x platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. sr450x is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Sr450x reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. This document is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
